Application Information
To rent an apartment with Mullins Apartments, the application and acceptance process is as follows:
- 1. Find an apartment that suits your needs using our Search function.
- 2. Call or email Mullins Apartments to set up a showing. At least one applicant or representative must view the apartment.
- 3. Applications can be downloaded here and are also available at your showing and at our main office.
- 4. Return the application(s) to our main office. The application is then processed.
- 5. If the application is approved, a lease agreement will be written. The lease must be returned by the date noted on the lease. An unreturned lease put the apartment back on the market.
- 6. When the signed lease is returned, along with the full deposit, the apartment is taken off the market and you're all set to go!
