Application Information

To rent an apartment with Mullins Apartments, the application and acceptance process is as follows:

1. Find an apartment that suits your needs using our Search function or other outside sources.
2. Call or email Mullins Apartments to set up a showing. At least one applicant or representative must view the apartment.
3. Applications are available at your showing or at our main office.
4. Return the application(s) to our main office. The application is then processed.
5. If the application is approved, a lease agreement will be written. The lease must be returned by the date noted on the lease. An unreturned lease put the apartment back on the market.
6. When the signed lease is returned, along with the full deposit, the apartment is taken off the market and you're all set to go!
